With this event, France and Europe aim to position themselves as competitors to the United States and China. The event is co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The second and final day of the summit, February 11, will include a plenary session bringing together heads of state and government, as well as international figures, to discuss major collective actions to be implemented in AI.
